Custom USB Hub FAQs

Practical details to discuss when planning an OEM or ODM project.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities depend on the base product, requested changes and component requirements. Share your expected quantity so we can review a suitable starting point.

Can I evaluate a sample first?

Sample availability, configuration and evaluation steps are reviewed with your project. Any sample, development or tooling charges are included in the proposal for confirmation.

How long does a custom project take?

Timing depends on design scope, component availability, sample revisions and order quantity. The proposed schedule is discussed after the requirements review.

Can we review drawings and installation details?

Share your equipment dimensions, fixing points and connection layout. Required drawings, file formats and documentation can then be agreed as part of the project scope.

What about compliance for our destination market?

Tell us the selected configuration and intended market. Applicable documents and any additional assessment or certification requirements need to be confirmed for that design.
